Access & first steps into the CCMS

External users have access to two key applications:  

1. The Front Office, where you can manage user profile and legal teams, and
2. The Front Office Portfolio, where you can view and manage all PMAC cases (in the chosen organisation/user profile), as well as initiate any new requests
