Model Clauses

Model dispute resolution clauses and model submission agreements are provided for resolving either existing or future disputes by submitting such disputes to the appropriate dispute resolution proceedings at the PMAC. Model clauses may be inserted into various commercial contracts, drafted by the contractual parties, while model submission agreements may be drafted as separate documents.

The PMAC offers support in the resolution of disputes relating to European patents, European patents with unitary effect and supplementary protection certificates for which the Unified Patent Court (UPC) is competent pursuant to Article 32 of the Unitary Patent Court Agreement (UPCA), and “related disputes”.
