•    Please note that if multiple applicants are involved in the case, the Registration fee shall be divided equally among the applicants.

•    If an applicant is entitled to a 50% reduction of the fee (for being a small or micro enterprise, a natural person, or for any other reason as established in the Fee Schedule on Expert Determination), the discount shall be applied to their share of the fee.

o    If the Registration fee of the respondent(s) has not been paid by the applicant(s), each respondent shall pay their share of the fee and follow the instructions below :
