CCMS – PMAC Payment Guidelines Mediation Fees

This document outlines payment guidelines for mediation fees under the CCMS–PMAC framework. It specifies bank details, beneficiary information, and strict formatting rules for payment references to ensure proper validation. Different scenarios are covered, including filing a request for mediation (with consent or jointly), joining an existing case, submitting a response, and paying administrative or additional non-refundable fees. Each requires specific reference formats using submission IDs, party numbers, or case numbers. Additional administrative costs use a separate account. Clear instructions are provided on where to find required identifiers within forms, ensuring accurate processing and allocation of all payments.

1. Registration Fee (joining an ongoing case)

1.1 Request with the express consent of the Parties

In the case of filing a Request for Mediation with the express consent of the Parties, the following payment details for the payment of the Registration Fee must be used:

  • Beneficiary Name: JURIDICTION - PMAC MEDIATION FEES
  • Bank account: LU51 0019 8255 1602 7000
  • BIC/SWIFT code: BCEELULL
  • Payment communication/reference: to make sure the Centre can validate your payment, the following instructions must be followed:
    • If only 1 Applicant is involved in the case:

The following format for the payment communication/reference must be used:
P+[Submission ID]+

Important notes:

  • For example, if your Submission ID is 0000000123, your payment communication/reference should be : P+0000000123+
  • The Submission ID can be found in the Basic lodging info section of the Request for Mediation form
    • If multiple Applicants are involved in the case:

      The following format for the payment communication/reference must be used:
      P+[Submission ID]+[Party number]+

Important notes:

  • For example, if your Submission ID is 0000000123, and you are the Applicant n°2 in the request form, your payment communication/reference should be: P+0000000123+2+
  • The Submission ID can be found in the “Basic lodging info” section of the Request for Mediation form
  • Your party number can be found in the “Parties” section of the Request for Mediation form

1.2 Joint Request

In the case of filing a Joint Request for Mediation, the following payment details for the payment of the Registration Fee must be used:

  • Beneficiary Name: JURIDICTION - PMAC MEDIATION FEES
  • Bank account: LU51 0019 8255 1602 7000
  • BIC/SWIFT code: BCEELULL
  • Payment communication/reference: to make sure the Centre can validate your payment, the following instructions must be followed:
    • As an Applicant: P+[Submission ID]+A+[Party number]+
    • As a Respondent: P+[Submission ID]+R+[Party number]+

Important notes:

  • For example, if your Submission ID is 0000000123, and you are the Applicant n°2 in the request form, your payment communication/reference should be: P+0000000123+A+2+
  • The Submission ID can be found in the “Basic lodging info” section of the Request for Mediation form
  • Your party number can be found in the “Parties” section of the Request for Mediation form
     

2. Registration Fee (filing the Request for Mediation)

In the case of submitting a File Request “Proof of payment of the Registration fee” when joining an ongoing Mediation case, the following payment details for the payment of the Registration Fee must be used:

  • Beneficiary Name: JURIDICTION - PMAC MEDIATION FEES
  • Bank account: LU51 0019 8255 1602 7000
  • BIC/SWIFT code: BCEELULL
  • Payment communication/reference: to make sure the Centre can validate your payment, the following instructions must be followed:
    P+[Submission ID]+

3. Registration Fee (filing the Response to Mediation)

In the case of filing a Response to Mediation, the following payment details for the payment of the Registration Fee must be used:

  • Beneficiary Name: JURIDICTION - PMAC MEDIATION FEES
  • Bank account: LU51 0019 8255 1602 7000
  • BIC/SWIFT code: BCEELULL
  • Payment communication/reference: to make sure the Centre can validate your payment, the following instructions must be followed:
    • If only 1 Respondent is involved in the case:
      The following format for the payment communication/reference must be used:

4. Administrative Fee

In the case of submitting a File Request “Proof of payment of the Administrative Fee”, the following payment details for the payment of the Administrative Fee must be used:

  • Beneficiary Name: JURIDICTION - PMAC MEDIATION FEES
  • Bank account: LU51 0019 8255 1602 7000
  • BIC/SWIFT code: BCEELULL
  • Payment communication/reference: to make sure the Centre can validate your payment, the following instructions must be followed:
    +ADM+[Case Number]+

  • For example, if your Case Number is PMAC-MED-0000012/2026, your payment communication/reference should be: +ADM+PMAC-MED-0000012/2026+

5. Additional Non-Refundable Fee

In the case of submitting a File Request “Proof of payment of the Additional Non-Refundable Fee”, the following payment details for the payment of the Additional Non-Refundable Fee must be used:

  • Payment communication/reference: to make sure the Centre can validate your payment, the following instructions must be followed:
