Model Clauses

Model dispute resolution clauses and model submission agreements are provided for resolving either existing or future disputes by submitting such disputes to the appropriate dispute resolution proceedings at the PMAC.

Forms

A set of forms is provided for download and can be completed for submission to the PMAC. The Parties are invited to use the PMAC forms for requesting services available at the PMAC, which can be downloaded here. The completed document can be attached in the CCMS under the Attachment section titled "Request for mediation".
