He has extensive experience in patent advisory and risk assessment for industrial, technology, and biopharmaceutical clients, including CNOOC (Beijing Research Center), CRRC Tangshan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., Gaoce Group, Jianyou Group, West Lake University and West Lake Education Foundation, Wengfu Group, and other technology enterprises. His work focuses on patent validity and freedom-to-operate analysis, patent infringement risk assessments for process technologies, technical secret protection strategies, patent portfolio evaluation, biopharmaceutical patent comparison and risk analysis, and preparation of detailed legal and technical assessment reports. He also provides patent due diligence and risk analysis in connection with investment transactions, including medical device technologies, and advises on mitigation strategies to reduce exposure to patent disputes and regulatory risks.

He has extensive experience facilitating the resolution of intellectual property disputes through negotiation, mediation support, and structured settlement strategies for clients including CNOOC (Beijing Research Center), CRRC Tangshan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., Gaoce Group, Jianyou Group, West Lake University and West Lake Education Foundation, Wengfu Group, JINYU Group, Pernod Ricard, Disney, CCTV.com, China Financial Publishing House, and other state-owned enterprises and technology companies. His work includes pre-dispute risk assessment, strategic negotiation of patent and trade secret matters, mediation-oriented resolution of trademark and copyright conflicts, coordination of technical analyses to support amicable settlements, and development of mitigation strategies to avoid escalation of disputes. He has advised on the consensual resolution of patent invalidation, infringement, counterfeiting, and copyright disputes, as well as on cross-border IP ownership and licensing issues, promoting negotiated outcomes and commercially sustainable solutions across industrial, biopharmaceutical, media, and consumer sectors.
