Marco Alessandro Vincenti

Marco Vincenti is a lawyer at the Milan Bar, authorised to practise before the higher courts, with over twenty-five years’ professional experience. Marco Vincenti combines legal expertise with skills in auditing and innovation management to form a multidisciplinary profile, particularly suited to handling highly technical patent disputes. He has gained extensive experience in the ICT law, data governance, innovation, compliance, and intellectual and industrial property law. He currently works as a Legal Innovation Compliance Advisor, offering consultancy to innovative companies and start-ups on sector-specific regulations (GDPR, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act), digitalisation, cyber risk management and organisational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. In the field of alternative dispute resolution, he has gained direct experience in mediation proceedings in civil and commercial matters, including disputes relating to domain names, conducted both as a mediator. He is also an accredited trainer recognised by the Italian Ministry of Justice, confirming his ongoing commitment to upholding the highest professional standards in conflict resolution.
