Founder and Managing Partner of J&T Consulting, with 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, employing mediation, international arbitration, and court proceedings to protect clients’ interests. Regularly serves as mediator and arbitrator in proceedings administered by the Tbilisi Arbitration Institute and the EBA Mediation and Arbitration Center. Since 2020, member of the Global Panel of Mediators established by the Office of the Ombudsman for UN Funds and Programmes, serving UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNOPS, and UN Women. Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Doctor of Laws). Member of the Georgian Bar Association and Certified Mediator (Member of the Mediators Association of Georgia). Areas of expertise include litigation and arbitration, mediation and ADR, investment protection, corporate governance, international business transactions, distressed asset management, telecommunications law, and banking law.
