Anthony Soledade

Professional Experience Anthony Soledade started his professional career as a research and development engineer working in gamma-rays detection. He joined the French Patent Office (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (INPI)) as a patent examiner in the fields of semiconductors, optics, metrology, nanotechnologies, lasers, photovoltaics and lightings. Since 2020, he is chairman of the opposition commissions at INPI. As a result, Anthony took part in drafting INPI's public guidelines on opposition procedure and grounds. He also represents INPI at WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) working group on the reform of the semiconductor IPC from H01L to H10. Education Anthony graduated from Université Grenoble Alpes (INP PHELMA) with a diploma in semiconductors and optical engineering in 2014. He received the CEIPI diploma in patent law and procedure from the University of Strasbourg in 2020.
