Agata Sobol

Agata is attorney at law qualified in Italy, with more than 20 years experience in patent disputes before national courts, UPC and coordinating disputes for her clients also in other jurisdiction. Graduated from law school in Poland and in France she is fluent in Polish, English, Italian, French, all the languages that she uses in her daily work. She is a partner in Italian boutique law firm Lexsential Studio Legale which she joined in 2024, after having worked in the law firm of Prof. Mario Franzosi. She assisted her clients in arbitrations concerning patents and is arbitrating disputes concerning domain names for ccTLD.it. She is a member of EPLAW (European Patent Lawyers Association), LES (Licensing Executive Society) and ARBITRANDO (Italian association promoting arbitration as a way of dispute resolutions) and WOMEN IN IP. She is the author of number of publications concerning patent law and caselaw as well as abritration in patent and domain names matters.
