Patrizia Sangalli

Admitted to the Milan and Madrid Bars and entitled to plead before all Italian courts, including the Court of Cassation, she has more than 20 years of experience advising Italian and international companies in commercial and corporate matters, with a focus on cross-border transactions and disputes involving Italian, Spanish, Polish, Latin American, and English jurisdictions. Her practice includes commercial negotiations, M&A, construction, new technologies and AI, and international litigation and arbitration. She is Founding Partner of SNG & Partners and has previously worked with leading international law firms. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), she acts as arbitrator for the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM), CIAM (Madrid), the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration (Warsaw), WIPO, and other institutions, and as counsel in arbitrations under ICC, CAM, UNCITRAL and ad hoc rules. She is a certified mediator (DPL Centre, Milan, 2024) and has completed advanced arbitration training with the SCC and the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy (CEE), holds specialised certification in blockchain and crypto-assets, and a Master in Intellectual Property and New Technologies (Jagiellonian University). She is active in international arbitration associations, serves in leadership roles within CEIA, and has published in the field of international arbitration and construction law.
