Brief description

My mediation is facilitative in nature. In this process, I do not assess the merits of the parties’ positions, provide legal opinions, predict the outcome of any potential litigation, or propose solutions. Instead, my role as a mediator is to facilitate constructive communication, help the parties identify their underlying interests and concerns, and support them in exploring mutually acceptable options for resolution. The parties remain fully responsible for both the content of the discussions and any eventual agreement. The objective is to encourage a collaborative negotiation process in which the parties themselves develop and decide upon a satisfactory outcome.
