Practical experience of conducting mediation or conciliation or judicial settlement conferences or out-of-court dispute settlements in disputes related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

Since 2010 actively engaged as a mediator in commercial and intellectual property disputes, providing out-of-court settlement services to businesses and individuals. In this capacity conducted numerous mediations in cases involving licensing, copyright, trademarks, patents, and related commercial matters. Alongside mediation practice serve as President of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation - led projects and trainings in ADR and supported the institutional development of mediation as a tool for resolving complex disputes. Her experience demonstrates both practical casework and systemic contribution to the use of mediation in the field of intellectual property.
