Since 1991 involved in patent litigation at the Regional Court of Munich I. Served as a trial judge in the patent chambers of the court (7th and 21st Civil Chambers), and since 2011 working as an in-house trained mediation judge and certified mediator.

Over the past 14 years conducted more than 130 mediations in the fields of patent law, trademark law, copyright law, and design law. These mediations have been carried out in German and English, and in one case, in Spanish.

In addition to her role as a mediation judge, she has served since 2012 as the Presiding Judge of the 4th Commercial Chamber, with jurisdiction over antitrust law, unfair competition law (UWG), trademark law, design law, and copyright law.

As a mediation judge at the Regional Court of Munich I, completed the internal mediation training required to conduct court-based mediations at the court. This training consisted of a two-week foundational course (a total of 80 hours) and is supplemented by regular internal continuing education.
