Extensive experience representing parties before both U.S. courts and international arbitral tribunals, particularly in matters involving intellectual property and technology disputes.

As examples, before U.S. courts - as counsel in Nichia Corp. v. Feit Electric Co., Inc. (C.D. Cal. 2018), where represented third-party defendant Lumileds in a complex patent infringement case concerning LED technology. This litigation required deep technical understanding of patent issues, coordination with experts across multiple jurisdictions, and strategic defense against claims involving substantial commercial stakes. Acted in other patent-related litigation, including Geisecke & Devrient GMBH v. U.S.A. (Fed. Cl. 2017), in which I represented Gemalto, Inc. in patent infringement proceedings related to secure printing technology.

In arbitration, acted as counsel in numerous cases administered by leading institutions such as the ICC, AAA, ICDR, SIAC, HKIAC, WIPO, and JAMS. Many of these disputes centered on intellectual property, patent licensing, and cross-border technology agreements. Served as counsel in a WIPO arbitration seated in Geneva concerning a cross-border patent licensing dispute in the microchip sector, and in multiple ICC arbitrations involving patent and software licensing agreements across Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Also served as arbitrator in IP-related disputes, including acting as ICC-appointed sole arbitrator in a licensing and distribution agreement dispute involving multiple jurisdictions.
