Professional legal or litigation experience related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

Member of the EPI Patent Litigation Committee for the period 2011-2023 - participated in the drafting of the Code of Procedure before the UPC.
Judicial expert of the Romanian Ministry of Justice in the field of patents since 1996, in which capacity had drafted many expert opinions as evidence before the courts in patent infringement trials in trials regarding the monetary rights of inventors and rights in the form of compensation resulting from the infringement of patent rights.
Drafted expert opinions in patent cancellation trials.
Since 2003 - activating as a European Patent Attorney before the EPO and since 2011- a pleading lawyer -representing before the national courts in Romania, clients, individuals and legal entities, in trials related to the rights arising from the patent and counterfeiting.
Since 2018 - activating as an arbitrator within the Romanian Arbitration Court.

During the period 1991-2001: working as an engineer at the INTFOR Galati Company, a manufacturer of thin sheet metal and cold-formed profiles, in the research department and then as a production engineer.
