Representation before Italian courts and advisory work in pan-European strategies involving cross-border patent disputes. Registered Unified Patent Court litigator with specific expertise on the UPC Agreement and its Rules of Procedure, with practical involvement in seminars and client training. Previous experience as Senior Associate at Rödl & Partner (2015–2018) and Lawyer at Pavia e Ansaldo (2011–2014), focused on patent litigation and broader IP disputes.

Professional technical experience related to the scope of competence of the PMAC
Advising on technology transfer, R&D collaborations, and licensing agreements in sectors including pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering, ICT, fashion, and design. Experience drafting and negotiating contracts for co-development of inventions, distribution and partnership agreements, and management of IP portfolios with high technological content.

Counsel in mediation and settlement negotiations in IP disputes, particularly in trademark, copyright, and patent cases. Experience in out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to licensing, technology transfer, online infringement, and advertising law.
Participation in settlement-oriented proceedings before the Italian Institute of Advertising Self-Regulation and in negotiations involving international parties.
