Emmanuel Potdevin

He entered the patent engineering profession in 1992 and has been an industrial property consultant since 1998, as well as a registered representative before the European Patent Office (EPO) since 1997. Over the course of his career, he has been a member and partner of leading industrial property firms, including Regimbeau and LLR, and later returned to Regimbeau as a partner. He has extensive experience in patent infringement litigation involving French and European patents before the French civil courts, as well as substantial advisory experience in matters relating to infringement, freedom to operate, and validity. He is also highly experienced in European patent opposition proceedings before the EPO. A general engineer by training, his technical expertise encompasses mechanics, physics, and digital technologies.
