Gained experience in judicial and extra-judicial proceedings concerning the resolution of patent disputes within the Italian and the American jurisdictions.

When working in New York (2009-2012), he had a chance to deal and to solve cases as counsel for major players in the pharma sectors, oil and gas sector and aviation industry.

In Italy, he has worked with several clients (the pharma sectors, oil and gas sector and aviation industry) dealing also with trademarks' issues, involved in the drafting of patent applications. He was also part of committees helping the drafters of the WIPO's arbitration rules.

He used to teach (from 2015 to 2025) Intellectually Property's related classes in various Universities, i.e. LUMSA and The American University.

Over ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, acting as a negotiator on behalf of multiple pharmaceutical companies in dealings with regulatory bodies and both domestic and European authorities. Developed strong expertise in the licensing and regulatory approval of pharmaceutical products.

Additionally, he gained significant legal and technical understanding of the aviation and oil & gas sectors, further broadening technical and cross-industry competencies.
