Professional legal or litigation experience related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

She has 18 years of experience in arbitration and mediation of intellectual property disputes, including service as arbitrator at the Domain Name Arbitration Court of the Polish Chamber of Informatics and Telecommunications (domain names and trademarks). She has acted as a court-appointed patent expert in patent infringement and validity proceedings before national courts and as an academic expert appointed by parties in significant patent litigation in Poland. She has also served as a member of the Rector’s Intellectual Property Commission at Jagiellonian University, responsible for mediation in IP disputes. With over 20 years of academic specialisation in patent law, particularly patent infringement, she has authored more than 20 publications in the field, including the first Polish monograph on patent infringement from a comparative perspective, frequently cited by specialised patent courts.
