Patrizia Ottino

Patrizia Ottino is a chartered accountant with over 40 years of professional experience and she is the owner of a firm based in Milan with a well-established practice in accounting, tax and legal services for companies. She has gained a solid experience in judical field, initially collaborating with the Court of Turin and later with the Court of Milan, specifically as a court-appointed expert in various economic and financial fields. She has specialized in assessing economic demages in disputes involving industrial property right and competition (trademarks, patent and copyright), providing technical expertise in assegnments related to counterfeiting and illicit use of it. Her professional path began as a tax advisor and has progressively evolved into a technical consultant for the Court of Milan, with an approach focused on economic and financial analysis. More recently she has dealt with antitrust cases. In addition, she is a member of association such as LES Italy – Licensing Executives Society - where she has also served as a statutory auditor since 2026.
