Bernhard Noll

Former member of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office, serving from 2008 to 2025 as rapporteur and chair in opposition and appeal proceedings. He handled cases across a broad spectrum of technical fields, with particular expertise in electricity (IPC class H) and multiple areas of physics (IPC classes G01–G11).
