Practical experience of conducting mediation or conciliation or judicial settlement conferences or out-of-court dispute settlements in disputes related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

He is an internationally accredited mediator, facilitator, trainer, rule of law consultant, and attorney based in Belgrade, with 28 years of professional experience. He serves as Co-Chair of the IBA Mediation Committee, Senior Fellow of the Weinstein International Foundation, and is listed as mediator by the UN Global Mediation Panel, EIB, and EBRD. Accredited by IMI, ABA, the Law Society of England and Wales, ADR Group UK, ADR Centre Italy, and JAMS International, he has mediated several hundred commercial, workplace, environmental, property, and discrimination disputes, including complex PPP and investment matters facilitated for EBRD and EIB. A licensed Serbian attorney since 1997, he has also worked on significant rule-of-law and judicial reform projects with USAID, the EU, the Council of Europe, and the World Bank Group, and contributed to drafting Serbia’s mediation legislation. He is accredited by the Serbian Ministry of Justice to conduct mediation training, is a visiting lecturer at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, and regularly serves as mediator and judge in international mediation competitions. He holds degrees in law and international business law (Belgrade and London), an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine), and an Advanced Certificate in Negotiation (Harvard).
