He has acted as arbitrator and mediator in intellectual property disputes, including approximately ten arbitration proceedings and fifteen mediation proceedings. These matters have involved patent validity and infringement, royalty payment disputes, patent licensing and FRAND licensing issues, R&D and patent co-ownership agreements, and disputes concerning standard essential patents (SEPs), including the determination of FRAND royalty rates and access to essential technologies.
