Since November 2003, this professional has been working as a patent attorney and partner at the firm Patentanwälte Schuster, Müller & Partner MBB in Stuttgart. Since October 2007, he has also served as an external lecturer at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, teaching industrial property rights in programs such as Innovation Management. Previously, he established and managed his own patent law firm in Ostfildern and completed training at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court in Munich. Holding a Doctorate in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Hohenheim, he also earned an LL.M. in European Intellectual Property Law from FernUniversität Hagen, where he wrote a master’s thesis on the use of streaming services in German and U.S. copyright law. He is admitted as a German Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, and representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and has additional qualifications in distillation technology.
