He focuses on creating a constructive environment in which parties can communicate effectively and engage in a structured negotiation process aimed at mutually acceptable outcomes. His practice involves complex cross-border disputes and multi-party negotiations. Through careful guidance and process management, he assists parties in moving beyond bargaining, exploring the underlying dynamics of the dispute and identifying sustainable solutions. Attentive to the relational and emotional dimensions of conflict, he draws on a broad toolkit of techniques to support parties in regaining agency — enabling more grounded, durable and genuinely owned agreements.
