Over the past 21 years, handled several hundred intellectual property disputes – both as Attorney-at-Law and, more extensively, as sole mediator – in areas directly connected to the scope of competence of the PMAC.; been appointed in numerous proceedings concerning patent infringement and validity, licensing, technology transfer, R&D agreements, and disputes involving ICT, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and engineering sectors.

Specific technical knowledge of patent and IP-related issues, in addition to legal expertise and advanced mediation skills. Since 2006 full-time as a professional mediator and ADR practitioner, with a strong focus on disputes within the scope of competence of the PMAC, including patent, technology transfer, licensing, R&D agreements, ICT, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, engineering and energy-related disputes.

Conducted more than 900 international and domestic mediations in civil, commercial and intellectual property matters, acting as sole mediator. Among these, a significant number involved patent-related disputes and broader intellectual property conflicts. Facilitated over 3,900 out-of-court settlements in regulated sectors (energy, utilities, telecommunications, consumer protection), which often presented strong technological and innovation-related components.
