Professional technical experience related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

With a strong background in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), she has held roles as a Patent Examiner at INPI and Patent Engineer in both private practice and corporate environments. 
Since July 2022, she has been working at INPI, where she has examined over 870 French patent applications, conducted prior art searches, and drafted rejection and opposition decisions. 
She has also contributed to internal legal and technical studies on advanced topics such as the Metaverse and the clarity of claims citing technical standards. 
Prior to that, at Novagraaf Technologies (2021–2022), she focused on drafting EP patent applications, handling prosecution before the EPO, and authored an article on IP strategy for FemTech start-ups. From 2015 to 2021, she worked at Marks & Clerk France, where she gained extensive experience in international patent prosecution before the EPO, USPTO, JPO, CNIPA, and KIPO, managed patent portfolios, conducted freedom-to-operate analyses, and drafted over 90 patent applications. 
Her technical expertise includes telecommunications, artificial intelligence, 5G, cryptography, IoT, and intelligent transportation systems.
