Graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1987 and earned a Ph.D. in Civil Law in 1992 from the Universities of Ferrara, Pavia, and the Catholic University of Milan, he has been a qualified lawyer since 1991 and a notary in Rome since 1993.
He is a registered mediator/conciliator with the Ministry of Justice since 2012, operating with ADR Notariato, and is listed as an arbitrator, having completed the Advanced Course organized by ADR Notariato in 2018. His institutional roles include membership in the Regional Disciplinary Commission of Lazio (2013–2019) and ongoing participation in the Civil Law Studies Commission of the National Council of Notaries since 2013.
