As an inventor also drafted and filed various patents around the world including in the EPO, US, Japan, UK, and China.

Technically, with 28+ years experience in patent drafting, prosecution, freedom to operate/infringement opinions, IP risk assessment, design-arounds, and negotiations, he is experienced in the biotech, pharma, chemistry, biology, mechanical, AI, computer and internet systems, transportation, refining, medical devices, manufacturing, CRISPR, material sciences, battery tech (anodes, cathodes, electrolytes, new materials, etc.), and stem cell technologies.
