Mediation style
Evaluative Facilitative
Brief description

My mediation style combines a facilitative approach with an evaluative component. My legal training and experience in negotiations and mediations have taught me to help the parties identify their differences and understand what each of them considers a priority. At the same time, I believe it is necessary to assess the strength of their positions, so that unrealistic objectives are not pursued. An agreement emerges from a shared process in which different solutions are explored, their effects are assessed, and appropriate adjustments are introduced, taking into account not only legal considerations, but also commercial factors and the parties’ broader interests.
