Professional biography

From the year of 1999 onwards, he continuously represented plaintiffs and defendants in numerous patent litigation proceedings, in all technical fields as an Austrian attorney at law and provide advice to even more clients seeking support in patent and IP related matters. Amongst others he has been involved in litigation regarding Omeprazol, Simvastatin, Losartan, Pemetrexed, etc and more recently Rivaroxaban, Denusomab and Aflibercept (all of which intensively reported in media). Amongst pure litigation, he has been involved in several settlement negotiations, most of them being successfully concluded, both on a national and international level.
