As an arbitrator I have handled over 20 arbitrations in Europe and the Africa under many different rules in both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations. In more than ten I have served as tribunal chair and as panel member or sole arbitrator in the others. These disputes have involved many different subject matters including mergers and acquisitons, intellectual property, insurance, construction and major projects, finance and investments and telecommunications.
