Present Function:

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Invited Professor at the Free University of Tbilisi; previously taught at the Caucasus School of Law, the University of Georgia, and the German-language Faculty of Law and Economics. 
Member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2004 and engaged in continuous legal practice, including roles at Gabisonia, Dietrich & Partners, Gabisonia & Partners LLC, J & T Consulting LLC, and FLS, serving as lawyer, managing partner, and director, with extensive experience representing clients before courts, state authorities, and third parties. 
Chairperson of the Tbilisi Arbitration Institute LLC since 2010, having overseen more than 2,000 arbitration cases; Academic Director of the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution since 2011; and Chairperson of the Mediators Association of Georgia since 2018. Author of several scholarly publications and co-author of a textbook on contract law (USAID/JILEP).
