Practical experience of conducting mediation or conciliation or judicial settlement conferences or out-of-court dispute settlements in disputes related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

Judge at the Regional Court in Hamburg, since 2019 in the Civil Chamber 27 (Patent, Trademark, Unfair Competition, Private International Law Cases) - approximately 20 patent cases per year (national and European patents), so in total around 140 patent cases in total, ranging from mechanical over biochemistey to hard- and software patents - in all those cases there is a court-based mediation integrated into the court proceedings.

Mediation Degree at the Fernuniversität Hagen (several practice weekends and mediations as part of the course).
