She has handled patent applications across a wide range of technological fields, including software and engineering, with particular experience in medical electronic devices, aerospace engineering, telecommunications, and smart technologies.

A significant part of her work as a patent attorney has involved advising clients on conciliation and settlement strategies to avoid adversarial proceedings. As part of her training to become an accredited mediator, she participated in numerous mock mediations and has also acted as mediator in workplace disputes.
