He is a German and European Patent Attorney based in Munich and a partner at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. He holds a PhD in physics and teaches Intellectual Property Law as Honorary Professor at the University of Bremen, and as Lecturer at Bucerius Law School (Hamburg) and the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC). He also serves as Visiting Professor and Lecturer at several universities in Asia and the United States.
