He is a lawyer with extensive experience in energy law, environmental sustainability, public infrastructure, and ecclesiastical legal matters.
Since 2009, he has been Founding Partner and CEO of Gamba, Cimini & Associati, advising on renewable energy, administrative litigation, port infrastructure, and ESG compliance.
From 2017, he has served as an arbitrator in civil and commercial matters, especially in corporate and patent law.
Since 2005, he has also worked independently in ecclesiastical law, representing clients before Church tribunals and drafting governance documents for religious institutions.
From 2014 to 2019, he served as Lay Councillor at the Court of Appeal of Brescia, and from 2008 to 2010, he was Special Adviser to the European Commission in Brussels, contributing to transport policy under the Vice-President of the Commission.
His earlier legal career includes work in media and communications law at R. di M. Law Firm in Rome (2000–2005). He is qualified as a civil and commercial mediator (2020), a lawyer before higher courts (2009), and holds two PhDs in EU Public Law and the Treaty of Lisbon.
