Lawyer at CBA (Padua office), involved in the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice, assisting Italian and international clients in proceedings concerning patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets before the specialised IP Sections of the Italian courts. Experienced in both merits and interim proceedings, including preliminary injunctions, seizures, and evidentiary measures (also at trade fairs), and active in settlement negotiations, mediations, ADR, and arbitration proceedings, including before the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI). In addition to litigation, provides day-to-day and transactional advice in civil, commercial, and IP law, including drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements such as international licences, technology transfer, R&D and joint development, joint ventures, sponsorship, supply, distribution, procurement, agency, and service agreements. Advises on trademarks, patents, trade secrets, design, copyright, made-in issues, online piracy, IT, IoT, and unfair competition across industries including automotive, aerospace, chemical, fashion, and energy.
