Sebastian Ioan Ene

Mr. Ene holds a MSc. in Project Management (Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, 2014) with specialization in Patents and Intellectual Property. The MSc. thesis is "Intellectual Property Strategy- with main focus on patents and licensing of patents". Mr. Ene also holds a MSc. Microelectronics (Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, 2011). Mr. Sebastian Ene is an Electronics Engineer and a Software Engineer, having graduated two distinct BSc. degrees: in Electronics & Telecommunications (University of Politehnica, Bucharest, 2009) and Informatics (University of Bucharest, 2023), respectively. His relevant professional expertise involves 8.5 years of design and verification of analog, RF and power management integrated circuits while at Nordic Semiconductor in Norway (co-author of 2 issued international patents: 'Voltage monitor', 2019 and 'Start-up circuit arranged to initialize a circuit portion', 2018). This is followed by 4.5 years experience of development of embedded software for the new software platform dedicated to entry authorization systems at Marquardt Group- mainly remotely from Romania. He now serves as Software Engineer in AI department of Pensionsversicherungsanstalt, Austria's largest state pension insurance institution. From his position he will not advise on matters related to Artificial Intelligence software, as it may trigger a conflict of interest with his employer.
