Over 25 years of experience in intellectual property, covering both contentious and transactional matters.
Practice includes litigation before all levels of the Italian judiciary, including patent infringement and validity disputes, as well as proceedings before administrative bodies such as the Italian Patent and Trademark Office’s opposition division and Board of Appeal.
Represented clients before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union, and more recently before the Unified Patent Court since its inception.
Additionally, hands-on experience with IP litigation in several jurisdictions, including France (Paris), Germany (Munich), the Netherlands (The Hague), Belgium (Brussels), and the United States (New York, Central District of California, and Chicago).
His experience also includes arbitration and mediation proceedings, both national and international (as counsel and as sole arbitrator).
