He is a Paris-based lawyer and founding partner of Dhenne Avocats (since 2018), specialising in intellectual property, technology, and innovation law.
Alongside his legal practice, he serves as an Advisory Board Member at Bond University’s Center for Commercial Law and Governance and contributes to 4iP Council as an editorial expert on IP and innovation. Academically, he teaches IP and IT law as an Adjunct Professor at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and has lectured at CentraleSupélec and the Université Catholique de Lille.
He is also the President of the Institut Stanislas de Boufflers, a French think tank promoting innovation policy, and an Expert for the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI). His earlier research includes positions at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and the Institut de Recherche en Propriété Intellectuelle (IRPI). Overall, his career bridges law, academia, and public policy in the fields of intellectual property, innovation, and emerging technologies.
