Starting in 2020 (while studying and graduating from IFOMÈNE) :
- mediator in 6 mediation processes wherein mediations were ordered by the first instance court of Paris (Tribunal judiciaire de Paris) in the context of ongoing litigations relating to IP matters. Parties had either French nationality or other European nationalities or US nationality: mediations were carried out in French language or in English language or using both languages. In 4 of these 6 cases parties have reached an agreement during the mediation process.
- mediator in 1 conventional mediation in France for French parties – agreement reached.
