He has advised companies in the technology, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, software, and cybersecurity sectors, with particular focus on licensing agreements, software development, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance. His additional training in Industrial Property, Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, and Arbitration (Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, New York), together with executive experience in the telecommunications sector, has enabled him to develop substantial expertise in technology, innovation, and industrial property disputes within the technical-legal scope of the PMAC. He also holds specialised training in Cybersecurity and Risk Management (Harvard, 2017), which he has applied in the context of dispute resolution involving technological and digital environments.

Practical experience of conducting mediation or conciliation or judicial settlement conferences or out-of-court dispute settlements in disputes related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

Since 2004, he has regularly participated in mediation and out-of-court negotiation processes, focusing on commercial, corporate, technological, intellectual property, and industrial disputes. His experience includes acting both as mediator and as counsel in judicial (intra-procedural) mediations and other ADR mechanisms, often involving complex negotiations among partners, directors, and stakeholders. He has completed specialised training in mediation and arbitration at Cardozo Law School, the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), and Aranzadi, and is registered in the Mediators Registry of the Ministry of Justice. His practice promotes collaborative and facilitative mediation approaches aimed at achieving sustainable agreements and preserving business and corporate relationships, in accordance with principles of impartiality, neutrality, and party autonomy.
