Currently serving as the Managing Partner of DelgadoAsociados.es, a position he has held since the firm’s inception in 1991, Mr. Delgado provides strategic legal counsel to a diverse portfolio of international clients, including entities in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, software, and digital media sectors. In addition to his leadership at DelgadoAsociados.es, he is the founder and CEO of TMCLICK, an innovative technological platform dedicated to the registration, surveillance, and global protection of intangible assets.
Mr. Delgado’s professional focus is firmly rooted in Intellectual and Industrial Property, technology law, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance. His practice is defined by a rigorous approach to the complexities of digital transformation, bridging the gap between traditional legal frameworks and the rapidly evolving requirements of modern technology-driven industries.
With over 30 years of experience in arbitration and 20 years in mediation, Mr. Delgado possesses a profound command of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He has acted as counsel, legal advisor, and expert in numerous high-stakes commercial and technological disputes, both nationally and internationally. A notable example of his technical and legal expertise includes his participation as an arbitrator in the Medina-La Meca high-speed railway project—a major international engineering undertaking where he addressed complex disputes regarding telecommunications integration and large-scale infrastructure management. His extensive background in mediation encompasses both judicial and extra-judicial processes, where he has consistently championed a facilitative and consensus-driven approach to preserve contractual relationships in complex corporate environments.
His academic credentials and continuous professional development underscore his commitment to excellence. Mr. Delgado holds a law degree from the Universidad San Pablo CEU and earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, and Arbitration from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York. Furthermore, he has completed specialized training in Cybersecurity and Risk Management at Harvard University, as well as a Specialist Course in Compliance from Tirant Formación.
Beyond his practice, Mr. Delgado has established a significant intellectual presence within the legal community. He is a recognized author, having co-authored “La Implantación del Nuevo Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la Unión Europea” (Editorial Tirant lo Blanch, 2018), a seminal reference for European data protection compliance. His contributions to the field have been further acknowledged through academic honors for his teaching in procedural law at the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
As a leader, Mr. Delgado combines technical proficiency with strategic foresight. His ability to navigate the nuanced challenges of highly regulated sectors—coupled with his deep understanding of compliance, governance, and dispute resolution—positions him as a highly effective arbitrator, mediator, and expert, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of neutrality, confidentiality, and technical precision in all his professional engagements.
