Over 30 years of professional legal and litigation experience in intellectual property, advising companies and public institutions in complex patent infringement and validity disputes before French and European courts, prepared to intervene before the UPC. Since 2000 Co-Manager at LLR, after ten years as a Patent Attorney in a major Paris firm, with technical expertise in mechanics, electronics, automotive, medical devices, imaging, space components, payment terminals and water treatment. Holder of a University Diploma in Mediation (IFOMÈNE, 2020), registered as a mediator with the Courts of Appeal of Paris and Versailles, and the Paris International Arbitration Chamber, President of PMPI. Trilingual in French, English, and Spanish and significant international experience, notably supporting European companies in China.

An engineer with over 35 years of professional experience, including 25 years as Co-Manager of LLR and 10 years as Patent Attorney at Lavoix. Technical expertise covers mechanics, electronics, automotive, medical devices, imaging, packaging, tires, space components, payment terminals and water treatment, directly applied to patent infringement, validity, licensing disputes and payment terminals.
