Practice covers electronics and embedded systems (LED-based signalling technologies), gaming hardware and software (electronic table-gaming systems and controllers), pharmaceuticals (generics; infringement, FTO, and design-around strategies), energy and cleantech (next-generation hydrogen fuel-cell catalysts), as well as software and broader IT/technology sectors. While direct representation before the Unified Patent Court has not yet been undertaken, fully conversant with the UPC/PMAC framework and prepared to operate under the Draft PMAC Rules. Recognised for disciplined case management, including front-loaded issue definition, targeted evidence planning, and structured expert conferencing, with a strong record of negotiated outcomes in IP-intensive disputes. Fluent in English with working proficiency in Croatian and Serbian.
