Arbitrator under the rules of the DIAC, HKIAC, ICC, KCAB, SAKIG and Swiss Arbitration Centre under common law and civil law legal systems in the French and English languages. Matters have included disputes in the construction, energy, hospitality, shipping and commercial sectors involving States, individuals and international corporations. Applicable laws have included those of Dubai, England, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Korea, Poland, Romania, and Switzerland.
Counsel to international corporate clients. Matters as counsel have included two construction arbitrations seated in the UAE subject to Abu Dhabi and Dubai law, an ICC arbitration seated in Lebanon (FIDIC Conditions of Subcontract), a QICCA arbitration seated in Doha (FIDIC Red Book) and a SIAC arbitration seated in Singapore. Provided legal advice in ICC and other institutional arbitration proceedings. Non-contentious matters have included international M&A transactions pertaining to intellectual property rights under English law and rendering New York and French law legal advice.
