She is regularly appointed as mediator in civil and commercial matters and is a member of the Mediation Commission of the Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (CAC), where she has been listed as a commercial mediator since 2021. She is also included on the panel of mediators of Arbitrare (Arbitration Centre for Industrial Property, Domain Names, Trade Names and Corporate Names) and has previously served as mediator at CASA (Arbitration Centre for Automobile-Related Conflicts) and at the Consumer Conflict Mediation and Monitoring Unit (UMAC) of NOVA School of Law. In addition, she acts as conciliator in arbitration proceedings at the Lisbon Arbitration Centre for Consumer Disputes (CACCL) and has served in the same capacity at CASA.
