Reyes Campello-Estebaranz
I adopt a flexible, hybrid mediation strategy that strategically combines Evaluative and Transformative styles. Depending on the nature of the dispute, the parties' posture, and the long-term commercial goals at stake, I adjust my role along the spectrum to foster the most efficient, durable, and pragmatic resolution. IP disputes often sit at the intersection of complex technology, high commercial stakes, and deeply held positions. By balancing the rigor of an evaluative legal assessment with the strategic vision of transformative relationship-building, I provide parties with both the clarity to assess risk and the creative space to forge high-value commercial agreements.
