Arbitrator – International Court of Arbitration (2023–present)
Serving as tribunal member in international contractual and patent ownership disputes in the field of hydrometallurgy, linked to Horizon EU project funding. Function: Arbitrator/tribunal member. Institution: ICC.

Member – Disciplinary Board of the European Patent Office (2015–2023)
Decided on cases of professional responsibility and ethical conduct of European Patent Attorneys. Function: Decision-maker. Institution: EPO.

Patent Counsel – Johnson & Johnson (2020–present)
Director of Patent Law, Oncology. Responsible for legal strategy across oncology medicines, including SPCs, freedom-to-operate analyses, oppositions, infringement proceedings, and regulatory submissions.
